The classes offer a relaxed and informal space to come and learn new skills, rediscover old ones, make new friends and create your own artwork.

 

CERAMICS/POTTERY 

All abilities welcome. An exciting class offering the student an insight into all aspects of hand-building, including making vessels and sculptural forms from slabs and coils of clay, mould making and techniques for creating pattern and texture.

Explore decorative techniques through the use of slips, inlay and glazes.

 

MOSAICS 

All abilities welcome. Come and join this fun class and learn all the mosaic techniques - from your first design to how to use the snips, from using the small square mosaic to smashing up crockery to create your own individual artwork.  Create a picture for your home, a splash-back for your kitchen or a number plate for your door, to name but a few.
